Delete account
Deleting your account releases your pucks and stops your account alerts. Required service and transaction records are retained. This cannot be undone.
Cancel salt service first. Account deletion never cancels a subscription or ends paid service early.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to the customer account you want to delete.
- Review the pucks and data affected. If you have salt service, cancel it first and wait for paid service and outstanding obligations to finish.
- Enter your current password, type DELETE, then select Permanently delete account.
Your login, saved notification preferences and text verification are removed. Puck readings, transaction and required audit records may be retained. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
