Add your puck and connect it to Wi-Fi. Then we’ll help you install it securely, enter tank measurements, check readings, understand the forecast, and choose email alerts, text alerts, both, or neither. Pause anytime and reopen Setup guide in Account settings.
New pucks help improve salt forecasts through AI training. You can turn it off anytime in Puck settings → AI training.

- Power on your puck. Keep it plugged in during setup.
- Open your phone’s Wi-Fi settings. Join .
If your phone says this network has no Internet, stay connected. If the setup network is missing, keep the puck powered for at least a minute and check again.
- Choose your home or business Wi-Fi. The setup page may open automatically. Otherwise open 192.168.4.1 while connected to the puck. Select your home or business’s 2.4 GHz network. Enter its password on that local page, or choose Open network if it has none. Networks requiring a browser sign-in or acceptance page are not supported.
- Return here. Rejoin your normal Wi-Fi or cellular connection. This page switches to readings when your puck sends a recent Internet report.Setup continues when your puck connects.

Your account and puck are saved. You can finish setup later, open Account settings, or change AI training in Puck settings.
Your puck has connected, but its latest report does not contain a reliable sensor reading. Keep it powered and check that the sensor faces down toward the salt with a clear view. Missing readings never mean empty.

Enter the factory serial number printed on your puck. No ownership code is needed.
Notification contacts
Your email and mobile number are shared across your account. Choose email, text and salt levels separately under each puck’s Puck settings.
Request a verification link, open it from your inbox, then return here to choose email alerts.
Mobile number for text alerts
Each selected level normally sends once per refill cycle. Invalid or offline readings never mean empty. Managed salt service is optional and separate from these alert preferences. Manage salt service.
Recent text alerts
Accepted means Twilio accepted the request. Delivered reflects the carrier receipt, not whether the message was read. Unknown means delivery could not be confirmed; the message will not be automatically resent.

Accepted means the email provider accepted the message; inbox delivery is not confirmed here.
